Event Hosting
Brighton Rugby Club has a modern recently refurbished clubhouse with first floor function rooms including a large fully licensed bar and fully equipped kitchen, staffed to cater for all your needs. The Club has ample private parking and excellent facilities for the disabled.
The Clubhouse function rooms have recently had a complete refurbishment, including bar, kitchen and lounge area.
Parties
The facilities are available to hire for private parties i.e. Birthdays, Engagements, Weddings, Anniversaries, Family get-togethers, Fancy Dress, Dinner Dances, Charity Fundraising events, BBQs etc.
Hire charges start from £250.00 plus VAT.
Weddings
Wedding packages can be tailored to suit your individual requirements. In the clubhouse we can cater for up to 60 people for a fully seated wedding breakfast with room for a disco and or live band.
We have a choice of menus from cold buffets to 3 course meals. We currently stock a variety of red and white wines from France, Italy, Spain, Chile and New Zealand. We also have an extensive choice of Champagnes and sparkling wines. Drinks on arrival can either be served in the lounge area or weather permitting outside on the lawns providing an ideal backdrop for
photos!
After the speeches and meal our staff set the function rooms for the evening reception, clearing an area for the dance floor and laying out tables for the evening finger buffet.
Business
Training and conference facilities
The clubhouse and grounds facilitates business conferences, meetings and training courses on weekdays Monday to Friday.
You can hire the rooms for either half a day starting at £90.00 plus VAT or a full day hire charge starts £180.00 plus VAT. (These prices include the use of our OHP, Screen and flipchart.)
We offer refreshments throughout the day including tea, coffee, snacks, use of licensed bar and lunch ranging from sandwiches, finger buffets, cold sit down buffets to our 3 course hot menu, all of which are not included in the hire charge.
Training companies can use both the grounds and the function rooms for team building exercises. We have full changing and showering facilities for use if required along with facilities for the disabled. We always try to meet with each customers individual needs.
